Redline Flying Service LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Texas.
Full payment is required to confirm a flight reservation. Redline does not require or accept deposits for standard tour reservations.
Prices displayed at the time of booking are the prices applicable to that reservation. Once a reservation has been confirmed and paid in full, the price of that reservation will not increase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, passenger information, and other information requested during booking.
Customers may request to change their scheduled flight at any time before the scheduled departure time, subject to operational availability and these Terms & Conditions. Redline does not charge a change fee for reservation changes.
Except where Redline cancels a flight due to weather or other circumstances requiring a refund under these Terms, standard customer cancellations are not refundable. Instead, eligible customers may receive a flight credit.
Flight credits are valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date. After the expiration date, unused flight credits expire and have no cash value.
Flight credits are subject to availability and applicable pricing at the time they are redeemed. If the cost of a newly selected flight exceeds the value of the available credit, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
Helicopter operations are subject to weather, safety requirements, aircraft availability, air traffic conditions, maintenance, and other operational considerations.
Redline and the Pilot in Command have the final authority to determine whether a flight may safely operate. If Redline determines that weather conditions make a flight unsuitable or unsafe to operate, the customer may choose to:
Flights may also be delayed, modified, rerouted, shortened, or canceled because of weather, air traffic control, maintenance, safety concerns, aircraft availability, or other operational requirements.
Redline does not guarantee a specific departure time, aircraft, pilot, route, sightseeing destination, or flight duration when changes are necessary for safety or operational reasons.
If you expect to arrive late, please contact Redline as soon as possible. When notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to move your reservation to another available flight time.
Customers who arrive late without prior notice may be rescheduled to another available time at Redline's discretion.
Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled flight without adequate notice are considered a no-show. No-shows are not entitled to a refund.
All ages are welcome, subject to applicable safety and operational requirements.
Children under 24 months of age may sit on the lap of a parent or guardian at no additional charge, subject to applicable safety requirements and the Pilot in Command's approval.
The maximum passenger weight is 300 pounds per individual rider.
The maximum combined weight for a passenger group is 550 pounds.
These weight limitations are safety requirements. Redline may request accurate passenger weights and may verify passenger weight when necessary for aircraft loading, weight and balance, or safety purposes.
If a passenger or group exceeds applicable weight limitations, Redline may modify seating arrangements, require a different flight arrangement, reschedule the reservation, or decline transportation when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless Redline has received an appropriate signed authorization or consent form accepted by Redline.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the conduct and supervision of minors in their care.
All passengers must follow the instructions of the Pilot in Command and Redline personnel at all times.
Passengers must be sober and may not board or participate in a flight while intoxicated, impaired, under the influence of illegal drugs, or otherwise unable to safely follow instructions.
Weapons are prohibited onboard Redline aircraft.
Redline may refuse transportation or remove a passenger from participation before departure when Redline or the Pilot in Command determines that the passenger's conduct, condition, weight, behavior, impairment, or other circumstances may create a safety, security, operational, or other legitimate concern.
The Pilot in Command retains final authority over the safe operation of the aircraft and may deny boarding or discontinue participation in a flight when necessary or appropriate for safety or operational reasons.
Passengers are required to complete and sign Redline's applicable paper waiver and any other required documents during check-in before participating in a flight.
A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized person may be required to complete documentation for a minor passenger.
Failure to complete required documentation may result in denial of boarding. In such cases, refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the circumstances of the reservation.
Passengers are responsible for their personal property.
Redline may restrict or prohibit items that could create a safety or operational hazard. Passengers must comply with all instructions regarding personal belongings, cameras, phones, bags, and other items brought to the aircraft.
Redline is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged, or left behind except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Passengers are generally permitted to take photographs and videos for personal use, provided they do so safely and follow all instructions from Redline personnel and the Pilot in Command.
By participating in a Redline flight, passengers grant Redline permission to photograph or record them and to use their name, likeness, image, voice, photographs, or video recordings for Redline's advertising, marketing, social media, promotional, and business purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
If you have a specific concern regarding photography or promotional use, please notify Redline before your flight.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by Redline, gift cards and promotional flight credits are valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Gift cards and promotional credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
Lost, stolen, expired, or unused gift cards and credits may not be replaced or refunded.
Helicopter flight involves inherent risks and may include unexpected movements, changes in weather, delays, noise, vibration, and other conditions associated with aviation activities.
Passengers acknowledge that participation in a helicopter flight involves risks and agree to complete Redline's separate waiver before participating.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions replaces or limits the terms of any separate waiver, release, acknowledgment, or other document required by Redline. The separate waiver remains an independent agreement between the applicable parties.
Passengers may be responsible for damage to Redline property or aircraft caused by intentional misconduct, reckless conduct, violation of instructions, or other conduct for which the passenger is legally responsible.
Redline makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on its website and booking platforms. However, schedules, routes, availability, descriptions, pricing, and other information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
Redline reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify offerings, or cancel reservations affected by a material error, subject to applicable law.
Redline does not guarantee that its website, booking system, or other electronic services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Redline content without prior written permission, except for lawful personal use.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive, limit, or exclude any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, limited, or excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Redline's obligations and liabilities are governed by these Terms & Conditions, the applicable reservation, and any separate agreements or waivers signed by the passenger.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement, any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions, a reservation, or Redline's services shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Potter County, Texas.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, subject to applicable law.
Redline may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively. Reservations already confirmed may remain subject to the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of booking, except where changes are required by law or necessary to address safety, security, or operational requirements.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable reservation details, required waivers, and other documents expressly incorporated into the passenger's agreement with Redline, represent the applicable terms governing the services described herein.
